LINC02590, long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2590 involved in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.
LINC02590: long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2590 (HGNC:53861)
LINC02590 is a long non-protein coding RNA gene located at chromosome position 2p21.
AC016735.2 may regulate ALOX15 and have a role in the progression of GC.
According to the findings of the transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analyses, AC016735.2 was upregulated and RT-qPCR validation confirmed that AC016735.2 was upregulatedin GC tissues compared with normal adjacent tissues.
