Effect of LINC01852 on cell invasion[1]

Approved Symbol

LINC01852 (long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1852)

Synonyms

ENST00000434223

Chromosome

15q14

RefSeq(supplied by NCBI)

Characteristics

LINC01852 is localized in Human chromosome 15 (38363831–38364884) and has a transcript of about 964 bp.[1]

Expression

The expression level of LINC01852 is significantly downregulated in cancerous tissues compared with paired adjacent normal tissues.[1] LINC01852 overexpression induced a significant increase in the percentage of cells in G0/G1 phase as determined by flow cytometric assay .[1]

The primer sequences used in this study were as follows:

Experiment Forward primer Reverse primer
qRT-PCR 5'-GCAAGTGTTGAAGGACGACGAT-3′ 5′CAAGGAGGCATACACGGAGTT-3′[1]

Function

Overexpression of LINC01852 inhibits proliferation and migration of NSCLC cells in vitro.[1]
