This lncRNA was co-expressed with 130 differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs), including ALPL, SOCS3, ADM, CD177 and SLPI. LOC105374771 may affect the pathogenesis of PMOP by regulating the expression of these DEmRNAs. [1]
