Expression

Long noncoding RNA USMycN (lncUSMycN) is frequently coamplified with the 130-kb amplicon containing MYCN and consecutively overexpressed in MYCN oncogene–amplified neuroblastoma[1].

LNA-ASO targeting lncUSMycN (5’-TGAGGGTTGAGTTGGT-3’) and negative control LNA-ASO (5’-GACGGTAACTAGGCGA-3’) were designed and synthesized by Exiqon (Exiqon, Vedbaek, Denmark).
