LINC01852 (long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1852)
RefSeq(supplied by NCBI)
LINC01852 is localized in Human chromosome 15 (38363831–38364884) and has a transcript of about 964 bp.
The expression level of LINC01852 is significantly downregulated in cancerous tissues compared with paired adjacent normal tissues. LINC01852 overexpression induced a significant increase in the percentage of cells in G0/G1 phase as determined by flow cytometric assay .
The primer sequences used in this study were as follows:
|Experiment||Forward primer||Reverse primer|
Overexpression of LINC01852 inhibits proliferation and migration of NSCLC cells in vitro.
