Regulation

The expression levels of short-lived long ncRNA GABPB-AS1 is elevated owing to prolonged decay rates in response to stressors.[1]

Expression

Alterations in long ncRNA expression levels by three chemical stressors in HeLa Tet-off[1].

Upon treatment with 100 μg/ml cisplatin and 1 mg/ml mercury (II) chloride, the expression levels of GABPB-AS1 is increased in human HeLa Tet-off cells. In addition, the expression levels of GABPB-AS1 is also associated with various doses.[1]
