GACAT2 was significantly decreased in dysplasia. In addition, It is also a dysregulative molecule underlying gastric precancerous lesions that suggested that it may play crucial roles during cancer occurrence and progression.
GACAT2 expression was significantly decreased in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. The downregulation expression of GACAT2 was associated with cancer distal metastasis, venous invasion, and PNI.
