CASC15 levels correlated with known gene signatures corresponding to melanoma proliferative and invasive phenotypes.[1]

Expression

CASC15 expression in melanoma specimens. [1].

CASC15 RNA is expressed in melanoma lines and up-regulated in a xenograft model of melanoma brain metastasis.[1]
