BISPR and BST2 are induced after infection with HCV or influenza and VSV mutant viruses that activate the IFN respons

Expression

BISPR showed a higher upregulation at later times post-IFNλ treatment. inhibition of lncBST2 expression by RNAi leads to decreased levels of BST2 mRNA, providing a new layer of regulation of the IFN response.
